Today we are going to discuss the most common type of Sabo. This Sabo doesn't even realise that they are, in fact, damaging another's confidence/reputation. This Sabo wanders through life constantly talking negatively about certain people behind their backs while being nice to their faces and never tells them that their bum does actually look big in that skirt. Hopefully, we can end this type of horrible behaviour. If you yourself have just realised that you are subconsciously a Sabo, the next time your friend is wearing a midriff top with muffin hanging over her shorts, let her know that it doesn't quite look the same way as it did on the runway model. You'll be a better friend for it. Trust us.

Always remember, "Those who hate you don't win unless you hate them."
